The Montana Original Boars Hair Wash Brush PLUS has all the excellent features of our original brush plus a unique fan shape. The shape is beneficial in two ways: First, when the handle is in place, it is at a 90 degree angle to the bristles. This means you can hold the brush at a more comfortable angle when washing the roof of a tall vehicle. Secondly, a broader surface of bristles reduces the chance of the base of the brush coming into contact with your vehicle. All in all, its a safer way to wash. The Montana Original Boars Hair Brush PLUS features four hundred hairs per bundle. Boars hair is naturally fathered at the ends but our bristles are flagged (split) one more time before being affixed to the heavy duty plastic handle. The tight bundles of hair ensure that the bristles remain sturdy as they gently whisk away dirt and grime from your vehicle. Each of the dense bundles of hair is permanently secured to a 10 molded plastic block. The block is curved to increase the contact area between the bristles and your vehicle. This brush is so thick and lush, it holds the soap suds very well thereby reducing the time you have to return to the bucket for more soap. The brush itself is very soft and doesn't cause any scratches.I have roof rails on the top of my Toyota Highlander and it's difficult to get under them. Not any more. When you press down slightly on the brush, it flattens out, easily getting under the rails.If you have a tall vehicle as I do, I also recommend the extention pole.

It covers a large area, soaks up a lot of soap and water, and you can flex the bristles easily to reach areas like under a spoiler. I really enjoy using it to wash the carBAD: The handle that came with this brush is absolutely horrible. It's made of super flimsy plastic and can't even support the weight of the brush properly when it's extended. For the price you pay, it should at least come with a different handle.Also, the brush smells really bad when it's wet. You'll notice a very sour smell coming from it after it's been used the first time. Not too bad, but you'll want to let it dry completely outside before bringing it inside. I mean this thing stinks. . .For the money, If you don't already have a decent handle you can swap out (which is what I ended up doing), I probably would have bought one of these from Griot's Garage. The one they have comes with a decent looking stainless telescoping handle for the same price.
