2 of 2 people found the following review helpful.My husband LOVES this. I purchased it for him as a Christmas gift and I wondered about how pricey it was. But, now that the weather has warmed up and he has been using it outside to buff an antique boat we own, he is thrilled with the way it works.
3 of 4 people found the following review helpful.All the sales schpeel sounded great. I was real excited about not worrying about any more swirl marks...so I bought it. It works ok on the flat areas, but when you're trying to get into those tight spots (anything that is smaller than the two heads) becomes very troublesome. I find that a larger single head unit performs much better in those circumstances...which is a significant percentage of the total car. Also when I increase the speed of the polisher there is a propensity for the pads to fly off unless they are brand new and haven't been used before. My recommendation is to get a high quality, single head, variable speed unit, and get an assortment of quality pads.
