Worth is subjective of course and all depends on one's budget along with how concerned their vehicles appearance is to them. After trying NXT 2.0, N21S, Natty's, and other items, the Pinnacle Sourveran is by far my favorite for dark colored vehicles. Now, before you get all excited, know this. This wax is for dark color paints such as black, red, blue, etc. Not for light cars such as white, silver, etc. For those colors I highly recommend their Signature Series II product. Pinnacle Signature Series II Carnauba Paste WaxAPPLYINGThe wax comes in a elegant box with a gold tie bag along with a microfiber towel and applicator. As I already have microfiber towels I left this one in it's wrapper as it looked too good to remove it and get it dirty.Application is simple, just lightly brush the pad on the wax and apply to your paint-a little bit goes a long way. There is no need to wait, no drying time, etc. Once you apply it, just wipe it with the microfiber and buff it out. I can do my entire car in less than 30 minutes, it is that quick and painless.DURABILITYLast about 7 weeks on average which is about the same as a few of my other waxes. Of course weather, washes, and environment all play into the durability of the wax.Hint: I actually apply NXT 2.0 first and then followed up with 2 coats of Souveran with a 12 hour wait time in between for best results. I find the luster is improved and still retains the deep 3D gloss the Souveran is known for.Expect one container to last around 25 complete wax jobs. So a couple of years easy if your only waxing once a month. Oh, and did I mention this stuff smells great? Not on the car, but applying it is a joy.Again, $100 is a lot for a wax, but if you are looking for an easy to apply/remove, incredible gloss with a deep shine to it, you will never go to an auto parts store again to buy wax. Available only via the internet.

I still am though.Excellent deep shine especially on dark colors. Pretty good durability....an order of magnitude better than most boutique waxes. Ease of application is great. The BEST thing about this wax, save for the deep shine, is that it WILL NOT STAIN TRIM. You can (and I do) wax your trim with this wax. It does not stain under any circumstances. Many waxes will stain badly with a residue that is really hard to remove, but this stuff will not. It makes trim look great, as a matter of fact.I have tried MANY waxes over the years. This is the best. Hands down. It's worth the ridiculous price.

Car show season is coming up and I wanted my 2011 Challenger RT to look her best. I went ahead and took the plunge.Prep work is key. If your paint sucks, no wax no matter how expensive it is will make it better. My paint is a black metal flake and is pristine, so I had really high expectations for this $100 wax. My car was washed, clayed, polished and ready for her first coat of Pinnacle wax. It went on like butter. Super easy to apply and no need to wait for it to haze. Apply in the shade on a cool car in a back and forth motion, in the direction of the airflow over the car and wipe off one section at a time. Car was waxed in 23 minutes!Drum roll..... It's ok. The shine is great, but I didn't see the liquid/3D look that everyone was talking about. I used Meguiars Gold Class paste wax about 6 weeks ago (and after 4 hours of work) I got a similar look to Pinnacle Souveran. Only time will tell how long Pinnacle will last, but in the Central California summer heat, I'm guessing not long. The car is a daily driver that is garaged but gets a wipe down every night with a California duster and spray detailer for bugs, bird dropping and dirt. Wife doesn't mind 'cause her car gets cleaned too!So here is the $100 question, is it worth it? Even for the time and labor saved? That is up to you. I enjoy taking care of my vehicles. It's my therapy time after a long day at work in front of a computer. For me, I don't think I will ever buy it again. I had to get it just to try it out. If you want instant gratification from a wax and want a great shine, get it. If you don't mind spending a little time waxing your car, I would use a quality Paste wax like Meguiars Gold Class. Currently I'm looking into Griots wax and another wax called Smartwax to see how they compare. You can see my picts in the user submitted picts for the product and judge for yourself.
