I decided to keep the second unit even with cosmetic defects. Pump puts out less volume than other parts washers i have used. Although Amazon is great dealing with returns, the hassle of returning the product takes away from its value. A very small amount of padding and better boxing would have fixed the issue. As it is packaged I cant imagine that any units get were they are going with out damage.
