0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.Off the bat I was so excited to try the polisher that everyone is raving about. I also received an extra polishing pad. Now the problem started when I started using this polisher on a clients car. 4-5 minutes into buffing the backing plate flew off denting the hood of a 2013 Lexus IS350. Now if you are an auto detailer what would you do? In my case I had to inform my client and instead of saving time polishing now I have to pay to get the hood fixed. Somewhere along the way FLEX or Autogeek should have inspected the product and tested it. I have never had a problem with my other polishers (PC DA, CE DA, Griots 3") .
